ET Systems currently run a unique E-Learning system backed by Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and their front end web site is maintained with a Content Management System (CMS). It became apparent that their previous web development consultants were unable to assist them further due to changes in business, so they asked if we could help.
The CRM is pretty much the predecessor to what's known as our Business Management System (BMS). It assists ET Systems in their day to day running of the business and is in constant use by the ET Systems team. Consisting of a set of generic features such as a diary, call history log, a place to store customer details, the CRM is very much inline with the BMS. However, they have a sophisticated e-learning and course management system which continues to keep them ahead of the competition in online education.
We are currently assisting ET Systems with ammendments and bug fixes to their current system and providing e-mail/telephone support where possible.
